QUESTIONS ABOUT THE EVENT
1. Fill out the required information in the "Start the Application" section.
2. You will receive a link to the membership application form via email.
3. Once the form is completed, a PDF of the membership form will be generated. You will need to upload it and sign it.
N.B.: The application is not considered submitted until the form is correctly uploaded and signed.
4. Acceptance or rejection of the application by the University of Milan, with variable waiting times.
5. If accepted: signature of the payment commitment, with a handwritten or digital signature by a company/law firm representative with authorized signature.
Deadline to apply: Friday, July 10th - subject to availability.
To participate in the event, you must purchase one of the following packages:
BASIC PACKAGE - Includes:
- a pre-fitted 2x2 m electric stand with basic furnishings on October 7th;
- an online company page on the dedicated platform;
- lunch offered on the in-person day for two company representatives;
- an online company presentation on the date and time determined by the Career Service between September 21st and October 2nd;
- access to the CVs of only those candidates who provide their code to the company/law firm during the in-person day;
PREMIUM PACKAGE - Includes:
- everything included in the basic package;
- Access, following the in-person day, to all CVs of those registered on the platform who have given their consent to make their CVs visible to companies/law firms, regardless of whether they have applied;
Upload materials for the Company Page (text, videos, images, etc.) within the deadlines established by Career Services.
Conduct your online company presentation on the date and time established by Career Services between September 21st and October 2nd. The company presentation is mandatory.
Present your booth on Wednesday, October 7th, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. There, you will be able to meet our students and graduates, conduct short introductory interviews, and collect their CVs exclusively via digital CVs.
Please note: By registering for the event, you agree to participate in all the above-mentioned activities, both online and in person.
From September 1st, students and graduates will be able to register on the platform, upload their digital CVs, and get to know the participating companies and law firms through their Company Pages.
From September 21st to October 2nd, company and law firm presentations and online career guidance meetings will be held.
On October 7th, companies and law firms will be present at the University with their own stands to meet participants in person and collect their applications.
On October 8th, public bodies, NGOs, and the third sector will be present at the University. What's the Job Fair like?
The in-person event dedicated to companies and law firms will take place on Wednesday, October 7th at our University Headquarters, located at Via Festa del Perdono 7 in Milan.
Open to the public from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
The stands will be located in the Cortile d'Onore in alphabetical order (with the exception of the CV CHECK points).
Students and graduates may only submit their applications in person on the day of the in-person event. They must visit your booth to provide you with their application code so you can view their CVs in digital format through the event platform. Applications cannot be made via the platform.
After the in-person event, those who have purchased the premium package will have access to all CVs of platform members who have consented to their CVs being visible to companies/law firms, regardless of whether they have applied.
