QUESTIONS ABOUT THE EVENT

1. Fill out the required information in the "Start the Application" section.

2. You will receive a link to the membership application form via email.

3. Once the form is completed, a PDF of the membership form will be generated. You will need to upload it and sign it.
N.B.: The application is not considered submitted until the form is correctly uploaded and signed.

4. Acceptance or rejection of the application by the University of Milan, with variable waiting times.

5. If accepted: signature of the payment commitment, with a handwritten or digital signature by a company/law firm representative with authorized signature.

Deadline to apply: Friday, July 10th - subject to availability.

No, the event is paid for only by companies and law firms.


Upload materials for the Company Page (text, videos, images, etc.) within the deadlines outlined by Career Services.

Your booth will be open on Thursday, October 8th, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. You will be able to meet our students and graduates, conduct short introductory interviews, and collect their CVs exclusively via digital CVs.

Please note: By registering for the event, you agree to participate in all of the above-mentioned activities.


From September 1st, students and graduates will be able to register on the platform, upload their digital CVs, and get to know the participating companies and law firms through their Company Pages.

On October 7th, companies and law firms will be present at the University with their own stands to meet participants in person and collect their applications.

On October 8th, public bodies, NGOs, and the third sector will be present at the University.

The in-person event dedicated to public bodies, NGOs, and the third sector will take place on Thursday, October 8th at our University Headquarters, located at Via Festa del Perdono 7 in Milan.

Open to the public from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. You will have access to a pre-assembled, electric 2x2 meter stand with basic furnishings for the entire day.

The stands will be arranged alphabetically in the Cortile d'Onore (Courtyard of Honor) (with the exception of any CV CHECK points).

Students and graduates may only submit their applications in person on the day of the in-person event. They must visit your stand and provide you with their application code so you can view their CV in digital format through the event platform. Applications cannot be submitted through the platform.
Resume submissions cannot be collected through other channels (links, company websites, email, etc.), except for public sector competitions.
