FAQ

The event takes place mainly in Italian, but we asked all the Companies if they are interested in international students and graduates who don’t speak Italian but have a high level of English.

You can find these Companies in the section Companies by using the filter International students, you can meet them on campus and bring your CV code by visiting their stand on Wednesday 4 October.

Moreover, some of the Career orientation meetings are held in English and you can identify them through a logo.

In addition, the website and the registered user area are available also in English by changing the language of the platform in the menu.

Companies have the possibility to create their company page in Italian or in English: click on company pages of your interest to find out if they are in Italian or in English.

Registration for the event opens on July 12, 2023.

Follow these steps to register for the Job Fair:

● Register using the button on the homepage;

● Complete the registration by filling in all the required fields;

● After completing the registration, you will receive an email to confirm your account;

● Once your account is confirmed, you can return to the platform and log in (by clicking on the appropriate button) to access your personal area.

Access your personal area in order to:

● Upload your digital CV, which is necessary to apply to the company stands on October 4th;

● Consult the company pages of participating companies and discover any job opportunities they offer;

● Register and participate in online job orientation meetings.

The platform is easy to use and intuitive, and there are explanatory texts within the different sections that will guide you through the process.

As soon as available, you can visit the page of the participating companies to see which ones will be present at the Job Fair.

You can use filters to search for the companies: for example, you can use the field Faculty to search for companies interested in a specific disciplinary area, or you can use the Sector field to search for companies based on their area of expertise, and so on. By clicking on a company's logo, you can view the company page and relevant information (physical stand number, etc.).

Once registered on the platform, you can access the complete company pages, where you can also find any internship/job offers.

Please note: the currently available internship/job positions are opportunities that the company offers in the immediate future. The companies are not only seeking those specific profiles but are interested in receiving applications from all students and graduates in the disciplinary areas indicated on their company page. Even if you don't find any offers directly related to your field of study, visit the stand on October 4th to apply!

The application to companies of interest will be done using a digital CV.

By registering on the platform, you can upload your CV in your personal area, in the section "My Digital CV," generating a personal code that should be communicated to the companies of interest during the day on campus to allow them to view your CV. You can upload a general CV or create specific versions for certain companies, which will automatically view them by using the same personal code.

Companies for which no specific CV is uploaded, will have access to the general CV.

The CV for specific companies can only be uploaded after submitting the general CV.

The applications will be directly managed by the recruiters of the participating companies, once they receive the personal codes from the candidates on October 4th, without intermediaries.

At the stand short job interviews of 5-10 minutes will be conducted.

The companies will provide feedback to the candidates and contact those who are selected. The screening process and timing for feedback may vary for each company, and it is possible that any contact will continue for several weeks after the end of the event.

In order to participate in online events it is necessary to sign up to those of your interest in your reserved area.
