- Complete the registration by filling in all the required fields;
- After completing the registration, you will receive an email to confirm your account;
- Once your account is confirmed, you can go back to the platform and log in (by clicking on the appropriate button) to access your personal area.
Access your personal area in order to:
- Upload your digital CV, which is necessary to apply to the companies and the public entities stands on October 2nd and to the law firms stands on October 3rd;
- Consult the company pages of the participating employers and discover the job opportunities they may offer;
- Register and attend the career orientation meetings.
The platform is easy to use and intuitive, and there are explanatory texts within the different sections that will guide you through the process.
You can visit the page of the participating employers (link to the participating companies page) as soon as available, to see which ones will be present at the Job Fair.
You can use filters: for example, you can use the field Faculty to search for employers interested in a specific disciplinary area, or you can select the filter Date to discover which employers will be on-campus on the 2nd of October or on the 3rd of October.
By clicking on a logo, you can view the company page and relevant information (physical stand number, etc.).
Once registered on the platform, you can access the complete company pages, where you can also find all the internship/job offers.
Please note: the currently available internship/job positions are opportunities that the company offers in the immediate future. The companies are not only seeking those specific profiles, but they are also interested in receiving applications from all students and graduates in the disciplinary areas indicated on their company page. Even if you can’t find any offer directly related to your field of study, visit their stand to apply!
You can apply using a digital CV.
By registering on the platform, you can upload your CV in your personal area, in the section My Digital CV, generating a personal code that should be communicated to the employers of interest during the days on-campus to allow them to view your CV.
You can upload a general CV or create specific versions for specific companies, which will automatically view them by using the same personal code.
Companies for which no specific CV is uploaded will have access to the general CV. The CV for specific companies can only be uploaded after submitting the general CV.
Please note: you can use your digital CV to apply for public entities only for internships they may offer. If you are interested in job opportunities, you can ask for information directly to the recruiters at their stand.
The applications will be directly managed by the recruiters, once they receive the personal codes from the candidates during the days on-campus.
At the stands, recruiters will conduct short job interviews of 5-10 minutes. The companies will provide feedback to the candidates and contact those who are selected.
The screening process and the timing for feedback may vary for each company, and it is possible that some contact will continue for several weeks after the end of the event.
