On Wednesday, October 8, company and law firm stands will be present. On Thursday, October 9, public institutions, NGOs, and third sector organizations will have their stands.
You can attend on both days. Stands will be accessible from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Registrations open on Tuesday, September 2.

Follow these steps to register:

  • Register via the button on the homepage
  • Complete the registration by filling in all required fields
  • At the end of the registration, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your account
  • Once confirmed, log in to the platform (via the designated button) to access your personal area

In your personal area, you can:

  • Upload your digital CV, required to apply to companies and law firms on October 8, and to public institutions, NGOs, and third sector organizations on October 9
  • View the company pages of participating employers and explore any available opportunities
  • Register and attend online company and law firm presentations and work orientation meetings.

The platform is simple and intuitive. You will find explanatory texts in each section to help guide you through the process.

You can visit the “Participating Employers” page, once available, to see who will attend the Job Fair.

You can use filters — for example, search by Faculty to find organizations interested in a specific academic area, or filter by date to see who will be attending on October 8 vs. October 9.

Clicking on each logo allows you to view the employer’s company page and relevant information (physical stand number, etc.).

Once registered on the platform, you will be able to access the full company pages of participating employers, where you will also find available internship/job opportunities.

Please note: Current openings are short-term opportunities. However, participating organizations are also interested in receiving applications from all students and graduates in the academic fields listed on their company page. Even if you do not see a role directly related to your studies, make sure to visit the stand on October 8 and/or 9 to apply!

Applications will be submitted via digital CV.

Once registered on the platform, you can upload your CV in your personal area under “My Digital CV.” This will generate a personal code to be shared with the employers of interest during the on-campus event so they can access your CV.

You can upload a general CV or create tailored versions for specific employers. These customized CVs will be automatically visible to the relevant employers using the same personal code.

Employers for whom no specific CV is uploaded will see the general version. You must upload a general CV before you can upload tailored versions.

Important: Public institutions will only accept digital CVs for internship opportunities. For job opportunities, you must ask directly at their stand.

Short introductory interviews may take place at the stands. Representatives will provide feedback independently and may contact selected candidates to begin the recruitment process.

Additionally, after the on-campus event on October 8, companies and law firms may arrange online interviews with selected candidates between October 13 and 24.

Candidates who authorized all participating companies and law firms to view their CV may be contacted by any of them. Those who authorized only specific employers will be contacted only by those they shared their personal code with.

Selection processes and timelines vary by employer, and some follow-ups may take place in the weeks following the event.

To join online events, register for those of interest through the relevant sections in your personal area.

Spots are limited, so register as soon as possible (starting Tuesday, September 2). Meetings will not be recorded.

On the day of the event, log in to your personal area and access the event livestream, which will be hosted via Zoom (download here).

Your video and microphone will be disabled, but you can ask questions using the Q&A section.
